If Anna won the lottery, she would spend six months of every year on an African safari and the other six months circling the globe, stopping off in every country to teach and inspire with Self Conservation, Self Conservation combines Anna's passions for psychology and rhino conservation. She developed Self Conservation to help more people than just those on her couch, get back to nature and start supporting the iconic wildlife.... show more
What is Self Conservation?
With Anna's love for psychology, she noticed that when her clients started feeling better about themselves, they also started to move back into nature. Going for walks, camping, enjoying the great outdoors even more so on holiday and getting some much needed vitamin D.
